"Very big disconnect from what you are promised in new hire training to the REAL deal. Verizon Wireless does not care about its employees at all. Very unrealistic sales quotas and their support in achieving those goals borders on lying to customers... actually, sometimes it is a bold faced lie. Unrealistic and greedy with no work/life balance. You are a robot to them, nothing more. Not a good job for anyone who wants time with their kids or has family values, or ANY values."
