A minor drawback while working for any shipyard is the countless changes in command, leadership, and direction the Navy wants to transition as well as the commanding officer you work for. The Navy wants to operate the shipyard as a Corporation but really needs to truly reacquaint itself as naval vessel maintenance, repair and/or overhaul business."
