"There really is no interview. As long as your record is fairly clean you're good to go."

"People have a guaranteed paycheck making them lazy. Work I do is unchallenging. Too much self-centered thinking. Closed minded totalitarian attitude of superiors. Not enough free thinking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would give clear instructions of what I wanted to happen and do my best to put my subordinates' needs ahead of my own."

"Make sure that when they ask you if you experiment with drugs that you keep that secret to yourself unless you actually got arrested in connection with the drugs."

"The Navy is so big that it is clogged with bureaucracy and inefficiencies."

"Choose a good subordinate and let him take the reigns without micro management."

"The US Navy was an excellent company to work for. I was well compensated for the work I preformed, I had great supervisors who looked out for me and plenty of training and experience to carry after my service. I feel I did my nation proud and served with honor and am eager to take my skills and continue to help the community as a civilian."
