"Over the past few years all of the inconsistencies with Executive Management, different strategies that didn't seem to make sense for the market place. My hope is with the spin-off from Time Warner things will calm down and there will be a clear direction."

"I think Tim Armstrong is heading in the right direction and is working towards bringing the executives and management in line, again, I would love to be around after the layoffs to see what happens with the company."
