"No chance of ever advancing in the company unless you're a suit-wearing clone with a MBA in Business and Wall Street scruples. Too much responsibility for too little pay and the raises are offensively small."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You guys should reward the people that actually make the company run. A 1% raise with a 1% bonus means nothing when you don't even make close to six figures. Add training to yearly department budgets."
