"Great company and a wonderful work environment."
"I worked with Thomson Reuters for the last twenty-one years and I have to say that it is a great place to work."
"The company has a high turnover at management level which in turn causes a lot of churn and constant changes without improvements that should benefit our customers."
"I have worked with Thomson Reuters for 14 years. The company was a great learning experience for my career."
"Thomson Reuters is very interesting company with different and interesting projects with different technologies."
"I have worked for TR since 2005 and was extremely happy with everything, but time changes."
"Not happy with personal and professional growth within the company."
"Big company, lots of chaos, little room for decency. If you are a strong individual with a good leadership track record then you could go work there and fight for influence, promotions, etc. If you are an honest hard-working person then stay away."
"I've worked at Thomson Reuters for almost 14 years. I've learned a great deal and advanced from a night-shift operator to Lead Support Engineer role. With the knowledge and experience I've obtained while working here, I feel I can pick up almost any skill and be an asset in many roles while moving up my career ladder."
"Really depends what division you work for. I cannot speak for them all. I am a software developer using very outdated tools, and doing things in a very round-about way and overly complicated. I don't accomplish much in a day due to the investigation and challenges of dealing with the mess of the infrastructure."
"TR is a very poorly managed company esp. when it comes to managing a technology company - considering that it is mainly a data company. The data portion is managed quite well but technology companies and TR are like water and oil."
"Good company to work for."
"Working for the Thomson Reuters Family (in this case Healthcare) was a very nice experience. Benefits and compensation were both very competitive. With the recent sell of the healthcare division Truven Healthcare is undergoing lots of change. Not sure what new company will look like when it's done. I believe the potential is there if they are able to leverage their technologies and transform/adapt them to the cloud-based SaaS market."
"I have been working with Thomson Reuters for almost 2 years. I love my team that I work with and the challenge of my job. However, given the many deployments that have taken place, the processes have become less efficient and it has taken a toll on the company as a whole. I hope Thomson will recover from the current phase it's in."
