"I worked at this company in 2000. Strong company and a company good to their employees. Excellent advancement if you want to move up the ladder and they are willing to train the right staff. I enjoyed working at this company."
"Awesome place to work. The people here are amazing!"
"Great company to work for. They pay very well and they seem to make an effort to develop talent."
"I've been at Thomson Reuters for about a year, and it's both good and bad. The good: TR conducts itself in a very ethical manner, and has great policies regarding diversity and seems to be very supportive of the communities in which it operates. The bad: it can be very disorganized at times. While the company is very professional, as a software developer I don't find the environment to be very vibrant - there are too many silos. A more collaborative workplace would be much more satisfying."
"I've worked for Thomson Reuters for 8 years. It's a stable large company, with the the typical baggage that comes with it. Bureaucracy and mediocre management can be rampant in certain areas, but the sprinkling of incredible talent here and there keeps things going. This is a great company for the unambitious who like stability and the status quo; not so much for those who'd like to change the world. Good values, decent benefits, generally below-average pay."
"Thomson Reuters is a good company who seems to hire great people, and creates very useful products. Great work life balance, awesome pay for the Midwest. The company seems to have an appreciation for design as a whole which I enjoy. Some of the products are somewhat lame, but I think that's the case with any large company with a great number of products that cater to professionals. WestlawNext (which is the main product of the Legal division) is innovative. The management is very good."
