"It is the old boys network...If you drink with them then your job is secure...They will do EVERYTHING possible to make you fail if you are not one of the boys"

"Respect people...Do not play games...You had a dying cancer patient that you fired because she could not come to work during treatments...Ever hear of the family leave act"

"not getting an answer quickly --sometimes it took a little longer for things to get resolved because of communications. Everything was self taught"

"Biovail sold to Kos Pharmaceuticals and was immediate talk of another sale to Abbott Labs. Not a tremendously strong atmosphere of job security the last two years I was employed by Biovail!"
