"I really liked my job. Today I was let go and three different surgeons called me personally to tell me what a great job I did for their practice"
What do you like about working at Biomet?
"The people were great and the environment. It was not hard waking up in the morning for this job. Everyday I had appointments with Surgeons, General Dentists and their staff going over the technologies and advanages of using our product."
What don't you like about working at Biomet?
"The only thing I would want to change is the field training manager. They have quotas to make and things to do. I would like to learn from a dedicated trainer who will have support for me after the training peroid."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clean everything up before hiring someone. Right now I have everything cleaned up. It is a shame I will not get to show my potential over the 8% I had already increased in my territory"
