"Do not work here. The money is not worth the constant put-downs. The man that owns this company should not be aloud to run a business."
What don't you like about working at Ogden Forklifts?
"The owner of the company is the only negative, and you have to deal with him on a daily/hourly basis. If you do not like being micromanaged and cussed out on a weekly basis, then this is not the place for you. However, if you do like feeling terrible about yourself everyday then you should work here! If I had to use one word to describe the situations it would be: RIDICULOUS."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Everything. The owner of the company is the only management and he is verbally abusive towards his employees."
What do you like about working at GATR Truck Center?
"very reputable with a great product and a strong desire to grow an achieve sales goals and be profitable"

"Be yourslf, be honest, be confient, you do not need to be in the trucking industry to work here. Just have a high level of regard for your self and respect for others."

"less than ideal work setting and limited growth potential within our location, hot head owner"

"the owner can be a hot head and can fly off the handle at anyone who walks in the door, not the way I like to conduct professional business. Some days the owner is in needless shouting sessions all day."

"Be ready to travel a great amount and be confident."

"Too Much overnight travel, the bonus structure is not reflective of your work"

"Treat employees as an asset not just a number and can be replace at anytime"

"Be ready to follow orders and don't question anything. They knnow everything and you need to drink the coolaide."

"Ask about their long-term viability. Ask that the company be specific on any offer made."

"Company really scaled back on its' promise (i.e. bonus/commissions) to its employees when economy took a down turn."

"Support your sales force. Keep the carrots for commissions, salary, bonus appealing."

"The people you work with are great. Management is laughable."

"This company will invest in great training for you and will set a good foundation for your future. Depending on your management you can either go very far or be stuck. Your success is ultimately in the numbers you can't control and if you do find away to control them they will change the structure."
What don't you like about working at Cintas?
"Everything is corporate mandated and nobody can make a decision without it having to go through 10 people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees and don't ask them to do questionable things that jeopardize their job."
What do you like about working at FDC Graphic Films?
"The scope of my territory and depth of accounts. I also enjoyed creating my own schedule."

"Look elsewhere. The margins are too small in the film and signage industry. It is extremely cut throat and not worth the headache."

"The owner, the micromanagement, the pointless 3-hour Monday morning tele-conferences, etc."

"Build a warehouse in Las Vegas to service your West accounts. An infant could figure this out."

"To know that personel change at an alarming rate and be proactive in accounts paying on time."

"No upward mobility and support is a bare minimum at best."

"Be more supportive of the changing market place and make provisions that make since for both the company and sales people."

"They have 100% turn over in the sales department. That shoould tell you all you need to know."

"Really no leadership for the sales team. The sales manager was too busy calling on their customers to be of any real support."

"If you want to sell then just sell. Don't try to sell and manage others. One area is bound to suffer to due degligence."

"After having great sales years, they had a bad bonus plan that was arbitrary."

"Pay your reps when they have great years and assign territories that don't continually change.."

"Company doesnt care about their people. I felt like just a tool in the shed."

"The pay was decent for the area and you get a company car and gas card. The people for the most part a pretty friendly."

"Be yourself and sale sale sale. All they care about are numbers so if you can get them to believe you will run yourself to death for them you may get the job."
What don't you like about working at CEMEX?
"They don't care about their people. You are just a number to them. Sometimes you would have to work all day then go home get a few hours sleep and work all night."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start treating your people like they count. Start treating your customers like they actually have good business sense and maybe you will gain more customers."

"Great company to work for, not a glamorous job by any means but a nice work/life balance is very achieveable. Capped comission prevents people with a lot of talent for sticking around for life."
What don't you like about working at Ranpak?
"The traveling can start to wear you our and after awhile the job isn't terribly challenging"

"offer more monetary incentive to sell--with a capped comission paid at the end of the year you lose motivation when you're crushing your number in June..."

"Straight commission is feast or famine. No loyalty in the apartment business."

"The company is outdated when it comes to sales tools in the office. I had to provide my own computer. Their IT department is inadequit."
