"The growth of the operation has caused turnover at the manager level."

"I believe sometimes the company's policies force the bank to treat customers like numbers. This makes it difficult to obtain customer loyalty."

"figure out how to make the company successful, hire consultant"

"independence, sales, working with a set group of accounts. Directing merchandisers."

"turn around and RUN! This ever changing company makes changes for the worse. Someon who has been there for 20 years makes the same pay as someone who just started."
What don't you like about working at Kellogg's?
"working 6-7 days a week due to variable labor budgets, order refusals where pricing is an issue is out of my control, but counted against me. Working late nights to set up store displays, price changes and lack of communication from a variety of account managers make working here feel worn out, stressed, and emotionally drained with no personal life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"put Territory managers back on commission or put them on hourly pay. Bonus structure needs to include part time merchandisers and territory relief reps."

"listen to the Indians, communcate more on the lower levels."

"Sales positions are focused on the number of outbound calls you make a day as opposed to the quality/value of the calls"

"They're transitioning the original sales/biz development role to telemarketing role"

"Listen to employee feedback regarding market conditions and develop marketing plans accordingly"

"They treat all their employees with kindness, dignity and respect. You are not just a number there, even though it is a large company."

"Be honest and straight forward. Let them know how ou can help them reach their goals."

"Sometimes they would start a project and then switch gears mid- stream. That was a bit disconcerting."

"When you start a project, see it through to it's finish. Don't switch direction in the middle."

"Great company, you would be lucky to work for such a fabulous group of people."
What don't you like about working at SuperCare?
"The company is asmaller company and they decided to split up product group selling which will cut into my income, I will not be able to afford to stay."

"Love what I do. Please don't split up our products."

"The owner is a great guy, his philospy is do what you need to do to make the sale, and take care of the customer. The product line is one of the best in that line and has a great reputation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Budget your commissions, because the months of November through March are very lean."
What don't you like about working at Midwest Equipment?
"The limited amount of products that were available to sell. Winter time was a tough time of year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bring on additional product lines in order to have something to sell during the slow months, and to enhance the core line"

What do you like about working at Martin|Fletcher?
"There's really nothing bad to say about MF. I loved managing a territory (New England), travel, and overall support. MF is an easy company to sell, because they are the best at healthcare recruitment. Great work environment, and they give you all the tools you need to succeed."

"Stress your ability to sell to C-level executives and manage a territory."
What don't you like about working at Martin|Fletcher?
"Having to pay out of pocket for my trips to my territory (except for airfare) caused a few uncomfortable situations for me and my family, especially early on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest increasing the base salary and giving each TM a company credit card so that they are not out of pocket for all of the expenses that are required for traveling to their territory every other week. Even with quick reimbursement, costs can pile up very quickly."

"Great training and quick sales. Great support."
What do you like about working at Cintas?
"I was only in the office two days a week for 4 hours each day. It was great to set my own schedule. The support and training was great. No reason to fail unless your sales manager is bad."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stress consistent and persistent daily effort and keeping you pipeline full. Acknowledge Cintas as the expert in the industry and a willingness to learn what has made them successful."
What don't you like about working at Cintas?
"Getting approval for accounts was sometimes tough for me, because the GM only looked at pricing being by the book. There was not a lot of room for even reasonable negotiating, which other branches didn't have a problem with. I lost some really big accounts because of that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"With such a structured sales process and business model, it's easy to treat your sales people like kids. Give them some room to learn without belittling them."
