"I started being compensated with a bridge salary that lasted only 6-months. It really helped with my income, even though I was an All-Star winning every month above 67% of quota. The reason for that is we only got paid after installation completes. Now that I am 100% commission, my stress level has multiplied because my deals get delayed due to slow installation times. The job is no longer fun. To top it off, my sales reps do not have the sense of urgency that I need to get paid."

"Ashland Chemical is a company for those from Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio areas. Quite closed minded and backward aside from the outer appearcances."

"Ashland Chemical is a good company for experience only. Politics is TOO strong at Ashland."
What don't you like about working at Ashland Chemical?
"Liars. They short pay bonus/commissions and lie about tuition reimbursement."

"One sellable product line. All other lines are overpriced and poor quality"

"Beware of the sweet talk and big promises. They boast about success that does not exist. Unfair Immature Behavior by Management."
What don't you like about working at Evergreen Enterprises?
"Management is Horrible, Product Line is Horrible, Compensation is Horrible"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They are too egotistical to take suggestions. They lack skill and intellegence."
