"The division of Praxair I worked for was a Joint Venture. The growth possibility for someone there were pretty slim. I worked really hard to grow the sales territory in Orlando, FL and was very successful doing so. While at Praxair, I also helped to develop the industrial Sector for welding equipment and supplies for Praxiar in Puerto Rico. I was happy with the my upper management but I needed to make more money for my family which is the reason I left."
