"Supporting the technology for the teachers and students is something that I have enjoyed since my first day. There are teachers that are constantly finding new ways to implement new technology and keep the interest of the students during instructional time. It is definitely one of the most fulfilling things I have ever done."

"I am able to set my own priorities and I do not feel like I am micromanaged. I also have been happy with the opportunities that I have been given."

"Many of the support cases that I work on do not have a resolution and I have to keep them open. I do not like having unresolved issues."

"None. I think that management does an excellent job running the company."

"Some team leads and managers fail to focus on their teams and focus too much toward where their future will be within the company."

"My suggestion for management is to pay more attention to their employees. As stated above, I felt that my team lead did not pay enough attention to the team and paid too much on career advancement."

"They had no benefits. They did not support their employees. You were just a number, not an employee. They didn't pay for holidays so you were only paid what you worked."
