"Provided Tier I support to internal and external clients. Unfortunatly ICS lost a re-bid on a contract and the entire help desk was let go (laid off)"

"Everything, the company was on top of everything from day 1 and the benefits and HR department if I ever had any questions or concerns they responded in a timely manner and I really enjoyed working with everyone."
