The majority of my time with Target Corporation had me working with their construction division, overseeing the renovation of existing buildings and construction of new. I loved working for the company and got great recognition from my supervisors. I would recommend the company to anyone."

"I don't have a lot of opportunities to get to the Milwaukee area. I would have to pursue a career with our stores which is something I am not interested in."

"Create more internal data bases where we can capture knowledge articles and documentation on previous projects. This would avoid duplication of efforts."

"They focus on SBOs (situation-behavior-outcome) questions so be prepared to have concrete examples of past situations where you have dealt with a difficult situation and what you learned."

"Too many layers of approval to go through (it's bureaucratic) and the collaborative environment slows down decision making"

"I would revamp my talent management strategy to jettison low performers faster"

"Restricting access to after working hours is not acceptable in the company, week end access to building is required in case of highly critical issues."
