The philosophy of by any means necessary leaves us as ETLs completing a lot of PT work as I spend more than 50% of my time completing PT tasks. Work/life balance is an issue. Pay is higher than most retailers. There is also a huge difference in expectations for ETLs."

"Being around all the colorful salesman personalities was quite fun. It taught me to be able to work with ANY type of person and still be an asset to them."

"Don't come in wearing a tie. They're really laid back there...but VERY efficient and professional."

"Smaller company. Not really any room for advancement."
