"Too many demands, broken machines, inferior quality products, too much focus on making goals which makes it difficult to focus on customer needs with your heart right"

"Simplify, prioritize, make customers first, treat employees better, focus goals, new machines, give management relief and perks"

"I liked the fast pace and high energy environment. I enjoyed working with my crew and the customers. I also find that I like creating things, assembling things, anything that involves using my hands and being physically engaged."

"I felt as though having an opinion was unacceptable and there was no room to be creative. Everything had to be the way the owner wanted it."

"Being manager didn't really mean anything. I didn't have any control over what happened at the store, yet I got all the criticism when what they made me do didn't work out."

"Listen more to the managers that ran the individual store as to what the customers wanted to see."

"Never boring, always exciting. Always great interaction with the public and co-workers."

"Be firm with what you need to be successful and happy both."

"No advancement opportunities to middle management. Management style is very threatening with little encouragement."

"Concentrate on more communication from Top down. Promote more from within."

"I loved helping people and working in customer service. At RadioShack you learned about some of the best cell phones on the market."

"Understand that this is not a career decision, and that a career cannot be had through RadioShack. I have seen managers with 25 years working for the company terminated or FORCED to step down from their position."
What don't you like about working at RadioShack?
"The pay for the amount of work is WELL below standard - bare minimum, and assistant manager doesn't even make double figures hourly."

"Don't take people for granted thinking that any person can be put into an environment and expected to succeed. Don't rob people out of the money and prevent people from getting unemployement."
