"They are very disorganized, waiting until the very last minute for direction. They also do not do alot for the employees as far as a bonus or raises. Its been over 3 years since I've had one."

"I would be more attentive to whats important. I would also be more aggressive when fighting for things needed in a store."

"You'd better have a thick skin to endure the coaching from superiors."

"Nothing I do ever seems right. I work hard but get very little appreciation. The work is never done and I can never catch up."

"No room for advancement, very small company with low pay."

"More levels of bonuses, better staff meetings where expectations and ideas are better communicated."

"The opportunity to grow, learn and achieve while building and developing a team of individuals who share the same goals as I did. I also had a very healthy and open relationship and communication with my bosses and those who were above me. I enjoy the atmosphere and the mission which were entrusted to carry out. The company is a great one to work for."

"Stay positive and know nothing is ever the same good things will come to those who work hard are kind and have empathy for their people."

"Changes in vision and removing the idea and the motivation which lead the company to be as successful as it was."

"Change the vision back and ensure your people care as much about promoting and protecting the brand as much as the higher ups do."

"Nothing, the company is fair and is a world leader in retail."

"Each company is different. I think they do a good job with the climate that they are in."

"I enjoyed working with my everyday clients and with my co-workers. I did not mind putting in a 14-hour day, because they made it enjoyable."

"If you like to work long hours and not have any appreciation for your work, then Wells is your company."

"I did not like their lack of consistency and unwillingness to promote those who were qualified to do their jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Local management does not have much power to make changes, and their empowerment has been taken from them. If one is a manager, then the decisions that manager makes they own, and there is no need for managers to run every decision up a chain of command. This is counterproductive and lacks professionalism in your part. Also, the pay structure that you have for your managers needs to be looked at and adjusted. This is why you are losing your top producers to the competition, if it is not beneficial to work for a company that does not compensate because you cap your incentives, and second, for a company that has a turnover of 85%. There is no loyalty to employees."

"Micromanaging bosses, work well independently and when trusted to do a great job. Lack of fairness in promotion."
