"Starbucks is great for people who need part-time benefits such as health insurance and tuition reimbursement. The entry-level pay is low and stress levels are high for all employees."

"I have worked for Starbucks for about three years now and it has been a wonderful experience. I have truly enjoyed the environment and culture that the company encourages as well as the standards they uphold. The benefits are incredible and I have been able to obtain my bachelor's degree completely free due to their college reimbursement program through Arizona State. All in all a fantastic company to work for."

"Starbucks has done everything in their power to help me, when I found out I was accepted last minute to a program in Utah, my store manager at the time and my soon to be store manager had no problems expediting the transfer process, so that I knew I would have a job when I landed in Utah. They also provide a free sandwich/ food item for every shift you work, even if it is only 4 hours. This has been one of the few companies who I would come back and work for again."

"I have worked for Starbucks since 2015. Ive worked at several different stores and have had several different managers, throughout the years. I really enjoy working for the company. Everything from my coworkers, to the benefits that Starbucks offers. I got promoted over a year ago when i was living in Alaska. And I love all of my responsibilities. I have a strong work ethic and I feel as though I am very dependable. I manage my time very well, and finish my daily tasks very efficiently."

"I have worked for Starbucks since I graduated high school in 2013. I have become very invested in my customers' lives. They value customer connections as well as community connections. They have hundreds of locations around the world with unidentified number of employees."

"The hours are flexible and you sure won't feel bored. Some stores are really homey and the people are great, but unfortunately, there are some people that stay with the company that is really not warm and fuzzy. Very surprising."

"I have worked for Starbucks for over 2 years. This job works well for someone who needs flexibility and a fast paced environment. Every Starbucks is different so make sure you get to know the one you apply to work at. Also, transfers are very easy within your district and across the country. This job has definitely worked in my favor for quick transitions and an easy rehire."

"Starbuck is a fun and great place to work at. It offers me job stability and experience to become a manager to build my leadership skills as a college student. It also is a place to meet new people, interact, and share your views on any relating subject be it politics, finding love, help getting adjusted to a new city, or just wanting to me new people and share your thoughts while drinking coffee."

"It depends on team to team as well department department. I have worked in PRO and PRO ( partner resources ) and it has been a wonderful experience. Overall good enough experience that I do not want to leave. Certain departments push personal and career development. This has finally become a focus to get employees leveled up. EHD is the worst due to the cliques as well as certain departments in Starbucks."
