"I have only worked for this company for around 3 weeks, and while the work gets done, it isn't made Easy. I am by no means attacking this company or knocking it down, but there could be some major improvements made. There is no breakfix equipment to troubleshoot customers' computers. The software used is trivial and limited. They have also made it where you can send a customer's computer/laptop to a depo company and have them do your job. "The compensation package includes a certain number of weeks with overtime but they cancel the overtime in the middle of the week 66 percent of the time."

"Stand by your word and treat management with respect. Stop cursing at store management in front of customers and associates."
