I am by no means attacking this company or knocking it down, but there could be some major improvements made. There is no breakfix equipment to troubleshoot customers' computers. The software used is trivial and limited. They have also made it where you can send a customer's computer/laptop to a depo company and have them do your job. "To come down to our level and work with us and not make all the decisions without input and stop hiring from the street with no experience if your not willing to put in the time"

"The company programs look good on paper but the regional manager and DMs in NY do not follow them. So all I can base this feedback on is the written word."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Reconsider they are not what they claim to be. The DM and regional team leads by verbal abuse and intimidation."

What don't you like about working at Staples?

"The compensation package includes a certain number of weeks with overtime but they cancel the overtime in the middle of the week 66 percent of the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stand by your word and treat management with respect. Stop cursing at store management in front of customers and associates."
