"I have worked for Time Warner Cable for 2 years. I was new to the industry and was trained well by the company and through self-study. TWC has excellent products and support along with a very strong network for installation. However, it did have a contentious atmosphere since so many reps were fighting for the same accounts."

What do you like about working at Spectrum?

"TWC is the leader in their industry, they are not going away and they have so many jobs."

"Networking is a plus at TWC, but technical TCP/IP, and if you know someone in the company."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"I loved the technology part of the company, there was so much to learn."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be more technically involved. It's hard for a worker to explain what is going on if they cannot intelligently explain it."

"Working on the field, great benefits, great perks such as free cable service, and provided company's truck to take home, discount on many other services. Fast pace making time go by faster."

"Working on the field during bad weather, time constraint on each job given where some jobs require extra time to complete."

"Give each technician some more time."
