"I have worked for Siemens Energy for 20 years. It is a great company that gives great benefits, values diversity, and compensates employees very fairly. It is the type of employer where you can make a career, see the world, and develop relationships and friendships that will last a lifetime. I was lucky to develop my skills there."

"I Wish I could work for Siemens Corporate"

What do you like about working at Siemens?

"Siemens has the best infrastructure, tools, support, and a wealth of information and access to innovative solutions (in Germany). I was very happy at Siemens and I knew when I left that I would miss Siemens (and I do), it truly is a fantastic place to work....there was a great sense of community as well."

What don't you like about working at Siemens?

"the specific group I worked for (the Microsoft Account Team), did not fully embrace Corporate Siemens. As a result, corporate really did not know the challenges and the political difficulties that existed with the local team....the possibilities to exploit that account and increase revenue two fold did not and will not take place because the local team politically will only hire people they like and not put the right talent in the right positions...this is what is limiting the local team, and corporate Siemens is unaware of that fact."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that Siemens Corporate do a deep dive review of the Microsoft account, and investigate why ex team members (such as myself) are no longer there...I have contacted the local team 4 times to express my interest in coming back to the team and bringing back the high revenue contracts I had when I was there, and bringing back the Operational, Financial and Customer Excellence that I once created for Siemens. I am not associated with any organization and available for employment..why have they not returned my calls The local team continues to lose contracts to their competitors (who later on in life I worked for), and I can bring back all those contracts, since I know exactly the formula and the reasons why Siemens is losing at the Microsoft accountI really want to come back and what I suggest to Siemens Management is that they do an investigation and understand why the top talent that helped shape that Microsoft Account are no longer there and why the new team has not contacted them."
