"go in detail about the job requirements. Siemens is noted for not allowing OT but you're job description often cannot be completed in 40 hr. weeks and they will then harass you or write you up."

"no support from management at all. I rarely saw my manager except on review time and they were disinterested in supporting employees. When I expressed interest in overseas I was discouraged from applying. low wages and low raises and unable to get necessary training."

"Siemens does a management questionaire for employees, but they do nothing with the feedback."

"Siemens is a sweatshop. You better produce or else. Siemens is a German company, and their attitudes have not changed much since WW II."

"You are forced to come up with patent ideas and submit them. You are forced to come up with ideas that will save the company at least $100,000 or more. You are always in fear that you will lose your job."

"Relax, and let people enjoy their job instead of always forcing them to look for other career paths."
