"Siemens is a German company and it is very obvious. Many levels and processes restrict the ability to get tasks accomplished timely. Decent pay, good benefits, little opportunity to make big commissions."

My leaders thought highly of me and were pleased with my work. They were impressed with my drive and the ability to learn new things very quickly. "Siemens is a Global leader in Healthcare Diagnostics. I was able to travel to many countries implementing state of the art middleware that integrated clinical laboratory and hospital information systems."

"Be prepared to work 24/7 in support and engineering roles."
What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"Minimal cross-product support and team interaction. Given the diverse portfolio, Siemens still lacks the cross-product support structure for middleware products."

"Develop interactive team building forum for cross-product implementations. Management needs to be more proactive in compiling the needs for support of products aquired through recent business aquisitions."
