"It's a great place to work lots of talent in that company and all of them are very friendly. I liked the most their bonus program and retirement plan. Their management team is top notch and are down to earth. I wish I can go back and work for them again. I still have have good friends that work there. They also offer a good education program for those seeking higher education skills. I was studying for my masters while being employed by them. They company has lots of respect for the individual."

"slow-paced, long release cycles (1+years), slow-to upgrade & changes, too much office politics"

"Reduce office politics. QA: Product Quality depends not only on tests, but also on developers. Micromanagement is not a good option. Teamwork for everything. Promote professionalism."

"Siemens is a sweatshop. You better produce or else. Siemens is a German company, and their attitudes have not changed much since WW II."

What don't you like about working at Siemens?

"You are forced to come up with patent ideas and submit them. You are forced to come up with ideas that will save the company at least $100,000 or more. You are always in fear that you will lose your job."

"Relax, and let people enjoy their job instead of always forcing them to look for other career paths."
