"Negotiate the best deal you can. You won't be getting much in raises even when the economy is good."

"Senior management is clueless and doesn't care about the employees. So much opportunity to grow the business, but management hasn't the guts or an idea how to do it and don't listen to those who do. It's all about CYA."

"Stop worrying about covering your butts and take some chances. Stop the politics and in-fighting and create a team environment. Go get D&B's market share. It's there for the taking."

"Well, I don't think they will be hiring at this point but if there were, I would just say to be flexible. Listen and learn before making any pronouncements."

"The company went from 120 to 35 employees during the two years I was there and it was hard to lose so many good people."
