"In my job, there was no routine; something different every day. I had a lot of freedom to use my own creativity and judgement. I enjoyed working with most of the employees and management."

"Very little was done by management to look into both the desires, experiences and the talents of employees. Thus, many opportunities were missed by management to utilize in-house talent to the best degree. Also, my immediate supervisor(s) had no idea about my position as I was the only one in such a position where there had not been one prior. Neither my supervisors, nor HR ever bothered to measure my productivity, work volume, relationships with our vendors, communications with the field, vendors and creative support. As a result, where I could have used one or two analysts to assist with the day-to-day clerical work and concentrate on strategic initiatives, I had to subjugate the creative work to keep up with the mundane."

"Make sure you agree with your managers vision and leadership. Interview them as much as you are being interviewed."

"Sometimes product roadmap is delayed based on personal vision rather then comprehensive industry needs assessment."

"In there quest to drive the stock price, and expand the revenue stream, they sacrificed natural growth for an accelerated one which was later the downfall of the company."
