"I disliked that they were very myopic in their treatment of employees, very petty as far as rules, very inflexible, and they didn't value the worth of their staff. This created an atmosphere of fear in a job that was already very stressful."

"My colleagues were very friendly and we had a definite Team Player environment, everyone would provide a helping hand when needed."

"Should have more interaction with the Staff, sometimes you felt that some of management was not approachable."

"Take better care of the drivers in regard to their salary. Look closer at employees in the office that have made the wheels turn for years and promote them if worthy."
