"Nothing anymore. Things have changed. I use to be fun environment with lots of activites that all the staff could enjoy. However favortism was a key role by Management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Honestly, if this were a few years ago, I would reccomend this job to anyone, but with the new staff since January 2011. I wouldnt give anyone a tip to work for this company."
What don't you like about working at Discus Dental?
"Lots of managers had there choice favorites. If you jumped to there commands and allowed them to yell at you, then you were #1. It did not matter how good you were at doing your job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your staff. Work with them when there is a problem.Do not take anyones else word for it. Have compassion with all staff not just the ones you like."
