"At Eaton employees get the proper training to be successful."

"Present yourself as you are open and honest. Tell what you have to offer, go to the point. Expect a diverse group of people and a number of meetings. Eaton is not a pyramid type of organization and everyone is an equal and required to roll up the sleeves and help on any area."

"Eaton is a great organization to work for and I am grateful for all the years I worked in Kearney, Nebraska."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the floor people and consider their suggestions seriously. Develop people to become good communicators. Share all possible information about the company and local plant with employees."

"The people were really good there. If you had an issue you could bring it to almost anyone to discuss it and get it resolved."

What do you like about working at Ipreo Holdings?
"In the beginning of my employment the company focused on its employees. There was pizza every Friday and bagels on Mondays. Due to the economic evironment the company made extreme cut backs which also affected our yearly bonuses. I also enjoyed the benefit of telecommuting."

"I would recommend that if they make any promises to you regarding training that if offered a position that you get it in writing."

"I was routinely on call which affected my personal time."
