"I don't like the downsizing and room for growth. Stores are closing down. They have done away with certain positions for growth."

It has always been my passion to be working in the business field; therefore, Sears has given me the opportunity to develop exceptional qualities and has shown me that it takes hard work and dedication to get there. I got promoted to department manager before I even graduated from college, showing how focused I stayed in my studies and responsibilities at work. The department I manage carries 50% of the whole store sales, and therefore I can conclude that there is no mountain high enough."

"Management needs to communicate a lot better to a point of excellence, where if one of them is missing, the store can still be in great hands."
