"I like the fact that I get to work with the customers. I get to see first hand if they like what our team does or doesn't. This feedback is great because it gave me a realistic way to view my work. If the customer didn't like it, there is something to improve, if they did like it, keep it up."

The associates are forced to sell credit applications, purchase agreements, 'Shop Your Way' rewards, customer satisfaction surveys, attachments, and all while checking the customer out on a digital device that takes on average more than 4 minutes to complete the transaction. The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Only positive thing is the flexible scheduling due to my undergrad studies."
