"While 95% of the customers were courteous and respectful, the other 5% who are disrespectful and threatening can really ruin one's time on the job. Toys R Us lets anarchy rule with the customers, who may come in and damage all the merchandise they want while the associates get chastised for it, and don't even think about talking to an angry customer. They can make all the physical threats they want and you'll just have to stand there and take it, otherwise you will be the one getting disciplined.Think of it like this: If a customer just sucker punched you in the face, and you think the best way to react is to do anything but stand there and take it, being a sales associate is not the position for you.Not to mention the wage is terrible and the managers could not care less about your well being."
