RH corporate moves at a slower rate and a large percentage are not college educated which slows down the delivery of initiatives because they do not know the standards of methodologies. There is also a percentage of employees that have been with the company over 20 years which are favored and allowed behavior that would be unacceptable in other companies. If you want a company that moves at a slow pace and don't want to learn new skills, then RH corporate is the place for you."
