"I do not have enough space on this page to list everything. This company sucks ! - At all cost stay away ! - I have turned in my termination notice already. I have worked in sales for 20 + years. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Bad attitudes from top to bottom. Bad... Very Bad."

"Ricoh Electronics is a company in which they stand by their value of their product and Quality is #1 putting Safety first. Team players with brainstorming abilities and fact finding which resulted in quick response. Benefits are important and Ricoh had excellent benefits"

"Rioch is a great company to work for with the potential for growth to anyone that wants it."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Main plant was located in California which is a 3 hr difference and all meetings held between plants were on California time."

"Upper Management needs to realize the employees on the floor are the back bone to our success and to acknowledge employees by saying hello and thanks."

"They provided a great atmosphere for team building experiences. Coworkers were always watching out for each other to ensure the highest quality customer service and work productivity was delivered. Collaborating with vendors was also an enjoyable experience as they were always courteous and friendly amidst time-sensitive and stressful demands to process orders or resolve conflicts."

"Productivity and being a team player are vital components to opening up opportunities for growth in the company."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"The corporate office (located in New Jersey) did not have enough contact or collaboration with west coast branches such as ours in Tustin, CA. As a result, certain structural and departmental processing issues were not resolved in a timely manner. Often a Quality Assurance (QA) period with a mix of interdepartmental employees would require 6 months of brainstorming and testing. Meanwhile the corporate office decision to implement a solution required another 6 months once the QA project was complete."

"Timely resolutions are essential to keeping employees happy with company progress, not just vendors and end-users."
