COVID impacted the office equipment business causing Ricoh to lose billions since March 2020. Unfortunately, the company was forced to give furloughs then laying off hundreds of very tenured employees. Ricoh has a case of COVID which is impacting their business significantly. ."

What do you like about working at Ricoh?

"Liked it better when it was IKON. RICOH hasn't provided anything so far that has been positive."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are ethical do not apply. If you can't kiss butt go somewhere else. Unless you are being considered for a manager's position expect no perks and raises around 2% a year, if raises are ever given. Expect your manager to play games talking about your team mates to you and you to them making you hate each other."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"The RICOH people are arrogant and cut throat. There is a belief that perks only go to managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Share the success. Ikon provided bonus opportunities to all employees. Ricoh just killed the bonus for anyone less than management level. This makes it a US versus THEM workplace."
