I miss the variety of conditions and people, as well as the opportunities for advancement that are generally found in a more traditional healthcare setting."
"The DON, Manager and other staff are willing to assist where help is needed. Staff training, education and facilitation is continuous for all levels of employee. Nurse patient ratio needs to be re-evaluated. Numerous new admissions and discharges could be challenging because nurse response time to patient needs may be delayed."
