"I love the ability to make sure our workers excel at their jobs. I also like a challenge and to make sure they are taken care of. I also like getting to know so many different types of people. I am a perfectionist so I do not like when things are not completed the right way."
"I enjoyed the opportunity to develop the personnel at each facility and watch them carry out the mission we developed together. I like that they have accepted my challenge over the years to continue to improve on an individual and plant level, thus making the company a place to continue to improve.The only draw back that I have is I have been travelling 95% of the time."

"Flexibility. No set schedule at my position. Pay is great."

"While the company is pretty good be aware that the pressure is high to produce in a dynamic environment while few resources are available."
What don't you like about working at Pinnacle Security?
"I don't feel they appreciate the value of employees. It feels like they are treated as an expense"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees to make decisions. If you do not trust the employees you have find some who you believe can make good choices. Invest more resources in taking care of your customers."

"I like developing branch managers and resolving escalated issues. I also like the ability to make decisions based on members relationship with us versus strictly credit profiles."

"Be yourself and be true to your passions and goals."

"The high turnover rate. I would have rather seen senior management invest more time into training then termination."

"I would invest more on seeking individuals passions and strenghts."

What do you like about working at Keystone Freight?
"Was made to feel that I was imortant when first started there, but as time went on felt a feeling of they didn't know where they wanted this facilty to go. Grow or close it, very confusin. Depended on the day you were talking to them."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Not really, because I know a lot of very capable folks that worked there and were also let go,"
What don't you like about working at Keystone Freight?
"They wanted your input, but no matter what input you gave them their idea was better. and when they did take your input they would make it sound like it was their idea."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the folks you hire do the job you hired them for. Let their creativity and expierience in the business work for the whole company. Things are differnent in the Chicago market than they are in Jersey"
