"Was made to feel that I was imortant when first started there, but as time went on felt a feeling of they didn't know where they wanted this facilty to go. Grow or close it, very confusin. Depended on the day you were talking to them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Not really, because I know a lot of very capable folks that worked there and were also let go,"

What don't you like about working at Keystone Freight?

"They wanted your input, but no matter what input you gave them their idea was better. and when they did take your input they would make it sound like it was their idea."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the folks you hire do the job you hired them for. Let their creativity and expierience in the business work for the whole company. Things are differnent in the Chicago market than they are in Jersey"
