"I ENJOYED WORKING WITH MY CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. THIS JOB WAS NEVER A DULL MOMENT AS I WAS THE PERSON TO GO AROUND AND SOLVE THE PROBLEMS AND DELIVER THE RESULTS. I LOVED HELPING."

"AS THE PERSON WHO DID THE INTERVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY I WOULD SAY BE OUTGOING,A TEAM PLAYER AND REALIZE THEIR IS LOTS A TRAVELING WITH THIS COMPANY."

"WHEN YOU NEED HELP ON A PROBLEM FROM YOUR SUPERIORS THEY WERE ALWAYS TOO BUSY TO GET YOU THE HELP YOU NEEDED. WE ALL HAD A VERY HEAVY WORKLOAD.SO I MANAGED TO HAVE TO DO IT ON MY OWN,WHICH SOMETIMES I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HIRING MORE SUPPORT STAFF FOR THEIR MANAGERS,AND THE DIRECTORS MEET WITH THEIR MANAGERS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH TO ASSURE THEY ARE OK."
