"I have worked for this Holding company for 11 years and it is a great place to work. The parent company allows financial opportunity to train the hourly and salary personnel at all my facilities. I have traveled to the parent company in Germany many times to find that they really care about the employees throughout the world.In my capacity I find the work very demanding in terms of being away from home 95% of the time. The parent company, Thyssenkrupp, is one of the best companies in this industry. I would say all 5000 employees are happy to work here."
