"It was a great experience due to the ability to grow in my knowledge of management and having total control of the region which was very educational and rewarding"

"This company has all the potential in the world. If they will seek to serve the customer, keep employees and the leaders not to think they have all the answers than it can be a great place to work. Maybe things have changed so give it a try."
What don't you like about working at Top Driver?
"When they changed their management concepts/leaders they no longer had any care for people. It was apparent the new team was self-serving and even in fighting was not off the plate. Potential was lost as well as customers and the BBB ratings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of the customer, employees and most important is to listen to those who have been down the road you are travelling prior to you getting onto that road. Attitude is everything and a negative one from the coach is going to sink the ship."

What do you like about working at Halsted Communications?
"The training received was outstanding, although the follow up left something to be desired due mainly to the lack of adequate supervision."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask many many questions. Do not settle. Make sure you DO NOT sign your rights of information away. Specifically ask about hours Vs. pay as well as benefits. Do your research within the industry, Halsted is not the only installation company out there. Techs expect a 50 hr work week ,local management can expect a 60 hr work week, operations management expet a 60+ work week with travel away from home for up to 75% of the month at a time."

"VP of operations was an overboard egomaniac that often lost any sense of professionalism through his tyrannical style of management."

"Go back to your roots. More is not always better, everyone is important no matter how small or large their responsibility within the company."
