"JCI makes changes very often in all levels of management and business divisions. If the position you are striving for is not available at that time, keep persistent focus and it will come available again shortly."

"I dislike that I am no longer currently employed at Johnson Controls."

"My only suggestions are to implement less frequent changes and more customer focus."

"New management that took over, lack of input from line staff and management across the division, dividing teams and associates to deflect to other companies - great associates and long time associates."

"Change out the new they brought in - nothing but a change in the morale across the center / division in Northern CA / HI."
