"It was fast paced and busy. I enjoyed the variety of my job duties from simple clerical to more complicated accounting."

"Wear busiiness attire and be neat and tidy, they are a more professional business and you should present yourself as a professional. Have faith in yourself and your abilities."
What don't you like about working at BurWil Construction?
"It was very cliqueish and while everyone was pleasant I never felt like I belonged there. Maybe it was because I wasn't there very long."

"Don't be so judgemental and listen to only one person's point of view. Listen to all sides before you make a decision."

"There is less opportunities for student worker to enhance their skills"

"Dishonest with employees and clients. Placed blame rather than taking responsibilities. Had unrealistic expectations based on dramatic lack of knowledge and experience. Actions did not represent the morals of a company I want to be a part of."

"Have several years of experience in this business and don't count on any team work."
What don't you like about working at Community Association Partners?
"Everyone there seemed to have their own agenda and focused mainly upon whatever that was. There was one team member who was supportive and helpful but the people in positions above both of us would contradict what I was told by that person."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would provide training for employees when necessary. I would be consistent with procedures and I would brainstorm with my employees on how the team could improve. I would be honest with my employees rather than ignore them and complain to other team members about them. I would keep my personal opinions to myself."

"Hire people based on the work experience within the industry and not because they are friends or family"

"Candidates should be as professional and candid as possible to get a job at Kline Galland."

"I do not like how the company does not seem open to change and seems frightened by new people."

"Kline Galland should shake things up. Right now, the people holding management positions seem to be fearful of changing the way things have been done for 20+ years. Kline Galland wants to grow, but it's not heading in the right direction."

"The boss man over looks every little detail and has so much negative things to say when really he could focus else where and make the place better"

"The CEO wants all the right things but the manager right above me only watches out for himself"

"make the boss man happy act like a ditzy female who bows down to man"

"every little mistake is brought up even things that don't really matter. its frustrating when there is bigger better things to worry about but we waste so much time on pointless things."

"not so many favorites. I would have positive reinforcement instead of negative. focus on bringing the team together instead of turning us on each other."

"If you want to find a job where you will be awarded with a raise for good solid work, look elsewhere. Where some are friendly, others will look to pull the rug out from underneath you at the worst time. All in all, go find a job somewhere else or you will get stuck!!!"

"Not enough pay, spastic bosses, unorganized, crazy workload, doing other peoples workloads and not being recognized or rewarded, attitudes from some higher ups"

"Keep doing what you are doing because we need people to set positive, professional, Christian examples for others in the workplace. You are doing a great job. I see other employers in this community preaching Christian values and yet, I don't see them walking their talk. I'm like, Seriously. You need to go back to church. Especially those of you allowing bullies and aggressive individuals to run your companies and organizations."
