What do you like about working at Blink Fitness?
"I have a morning shift that starts at 4:45am and ends around noon."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a job for HS and young college students.If you have any work experience you will find it a very difficult place to work."
What don't you like about working at Blink Fitness?
"Low wage/ so I have to work another job/ repetitive work/ alot of maintenance/ no training/ little communication/ they don't always pay me for the hours they ask me to work/ no health benefits offered/ no scheduled lunch or 15 rest breaks so you are on your feet the entire time/ bends policies to suit needs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication between managment and staff/ staff and staff/ Hire Maintenance that can lift more than 30 pounds. Return phone calls and emails. Fix employee problems in a timely fashion eg. No cashier code for six months/ no punch in code...worked Memorial day and still have not been paid. If people don't show up consistently give them a write up and if it continues fire them. If an employee comes to work intoxicated they should be let go."

"The company has flexible hours and you can take days off if you need it."

"Just be well dressed. However, they are not hiring anyone right now."

"The company doesn't give you a raise. I worked there for four year and I only got 50 cents raised"

"Sometimes there is an overload in the work pile, so it's a lot of work in little time."

"It's pretty casual here. Just have a nice positive attitude when going in."

"The short hours. How there's not much room for growth."

"Some people just don't understand you and there's times when people arwen't as respectful as they should be."

"They could try to take the time out to understand where some people are coming from and try to help out as much as they can."

"it was okay. couldn't complain. I enjoyed working there. it was hectic at times but I could handle it"

"some people would think they are better than other people. or you were beneath them. just a few. out of 10,000 employees I say like 100"

"if I was running the show I would probably just have meeting were I can have employees opinions."

"I suggested the boss should give more training to staff"

"The receptionist's position is low stress. To keep up moral they purchase bagels once a week."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to see a bunch of hypocrites. The CEO and some of the project managers are nice, but the rest of the higher level personnel expect you to brown nose them and are rude if you don't."
What don't you like about working at Camco Pacific?
"Some of the higher ups are rude to any one in a position beneath theirs. The office is too open for my preference and you can hear everything going on causing it to be not a phone friendly environment. Employees can be scatter brained or lacking in common sense and common courtesy. Some employees like to go around the office and just talk to others instead of doing their work or allowing others to do theirs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Encourage employees to complete their own work sometimes, instead of always pushing it off on others. Make employees aware of the impact they have on the expenses and how to better spend the company budget."
