"I like that all the employees are genuine and hard-working. The products we make are unique and interesting."

"Be ready to work hard! Make sure you are passionate about what the company does."

"We tend to be understaffed. Compensation is low and it's really hard to move up or get a raise."

"The management does a great job with the budget they have. I would suggest investing more in the employees you have to keep them on board and stay competitive."

"Be prepared to work your hardest. There are some amazing individuals here, but it's difficult to communicate with the chairmen because of their availability."

"The merge with the bigger company seems to be difficult for the employees. Everyone is under stress and is making mistakes here and there."

"This company's pay is the lower of the industry. They promise things they don't plan on giving. Get it all in writing and follow up."

"They hire Managers with no dental experiance. It makes it hard for everyone if the manager they hired is a control freak"

"Give reviews in a timely manner. I recieved one review after two years only because I asked multiple times intil I recieved one.I was told at 3 months I would recieve my first review and that never happend. Then every 6 months. That never heppend either."

"Pick the job that you really want, because most of the jobs there is no were to go no matter what they tell you."

"Some times the changing of things all the time was to much for the employees and the public to handle, some change is good , but not to the point that everone is always confussed about whatj to do."

"I'm not sure how I would have done it differently. This was my first time at this kind of job and there was lot of difert things away changing to improve the repution of the Hosipal."
