"An Outstanding Professional Staffing Agency Experience"
What do you like about working at Bolder Staffing?
"Janet T, was very on the ball and took a serious interest in my experience at this agency. The client companies were fantastic and I had no problems at all here. David Essig of Polycom wowed me. I was really impressed with his leadership, including how he handled disgrentled, aggressive individuals targeting his employees. He actually told me to hang up on customers if they became rude, started swearing or yelling. Excellent hourly pay wages, company parties, also."

"Show an interest in succeeding and be ready to jump on immediate opportunities."
What don't you like about working at Bolder Staffing?
"The clients were great, but then when the economy went bad, there were no more great clients to work for."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep doing what you are doing, someone has to set standards for professionalism and behavior in the workforce."

"they don't appreciate and recognize your work. and that is about 1 hour to 2 hour drive."

"I didn't like that I started working when it was going on a decline."

"If the management were to hire a more friendlier staff of interior designers and not only carry top of the line expensive furniture it might have still been in business."
