"If I had to choose, employees can become too personally involved in each others lives."

What do you like about working at VoiceNation?
"The best part of working at Voicenation, is the focus on team. Everyone is pushed to be a team and saying no to someone asking you for help is not an option. The entire staff is friendly, and management has high expectations for everyone's success. I am very impressed with the structure of this company, and I look forward to coming to work every day."

"It is a really great company and I bet anyone interviewing with VoiceNation will be very impressed with how different the company is from any other company out there. They do not like slackers or negative people."

"I feel like there might be a lack of communication at some times, but I also feel like the staff has been working on it."

"There was no communication between the higher management and employees, nothing ever changed, too many differences between the company and what was taught at school, possible ethical violations, and did not follow their own policies."

"I would give employees concise, clear directions on how to perform new tasks and make sure it complied to HIPPA laws."

"I came across very different cultures while working there. My boss showed me the ropes for billing coding and claim denials. The Physicians were good and easy to get along."

"The only thing I didnt like about this company was building being old and in much need of repair. I worked in the professional outpatient building."

"I think that first and foremost they need to build a new building for all the outpatient clinics."
