"It was nice having a family-focused company to work for."

"Be understanding. It is a family-owned company and they do bring in their family (children & grandchildren) as well as bring in their domestic arguments."

"Since I only worked 35 hours per week, they considered me part time and did not extend any vacation time, holiday pay, or benefits to me even though everyone else at the company received said benefits."

"Offer the same benefits to your entire staff or at least the opportunity to work full time. Had I been given the opportunity I would have worked full time."

"The dealing with different clients all day and the rules."

"There is nothing that I didn't like. I left this position after 8 months because my family relocated to California."
